There were issues rendering this gadget. Unable to retrieve spec for <path>.
Possible Cause The gadget URL configured in the Cisco Finesse Administration Desktop layout is incorrect or is temporarily unreachable.
Recommended Action

1. Verify that the same report is running fine in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center.

2. Verify that the correct gadget URL is configured.

3. If the gadget URL is correct, restart the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Service and try again.

4. If the problem persists, contact the support team with the following information:

- Access the gadget URL (update local host to actual FQDN of Unified CCX) from another tab of the browser and send the error message that is displayed.
