Known Issue: CUPC 8.5 Not seeing WebCams
Upgraded server from 7.1 to 8.5 and upgraded Client from 8.0.1 to 8.5.1. In previous version, Client was able to use either Cisco VT Advantage or a Logitech WebCam. When I go into Options, Video is grayed out, But in Audio, it does see both the Mic from these two WebCams. In Server Status and Notification there is the following"A Video initialization error has occurred. A runtime error has occurred. [20]"
What Caused it?
Change is upgrading CUPC client from 8.0.3 to 8.5.1.
What Can You Do?
All other functions seem to be working
Who Can you Call?
[Optional] Have rebooted PC multiple times with no affect. If someone has an idea as to the solution, please email richm@fltg.com
