Known Issue: Some Data Fails to Synch from Cisco Unified Communications Manager to Cisco Unified Presence

Cisco Unified Presence copies all data from Cisco Unified Communications Manager but the synchronization of some data fails.
What Caused it?
Typically, this occurs because Cisco Unified Presence has its own rules for database tables and the synchronization violates those rules in some way.
What Can You Do?
Collect the SyncAgent logs, and then open a Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) case.
