Introduction

Running the GNU Debugger (GDB) for a CUPS core dumps.

Configuration

Log into the CUPS server using the CUPS OS administrator password
From the SSH command prompt in the CUP Server you can view core dumps by running the command:

admin: utils core active list

Please go to the SSH console (command line) and once logged into the CUPS box type the following two commands:

utils remote_account enable
utils remote_account create ciscotac 30

Send this output to the TAC team and they can use the output to get root access to this box for a short time (30 days in this example).
