Your Exchange integration may fail if you have a mixed Exchange environment (Exchange 2003/2007), which can complicate your Exchange deployment, especially if you have Forms Based Authentication (FBA) enabled.
What Caused it?
Exchange 2007 uses different URLs for OWA and WebDAV access, while Exchange 2003 uses the same URL.
What Can You Do?
Not much if you deployment has different versions of Exchange in the same cluster. However, you could try these workarounds to eliminate potential issues with FBA:
- disable FBA, or
- add another server with FBA disabled
