Known Issue: Cisco Unified Presence Server Time and Microsoft Exchange Server Time Differs

When you sign into Cisco Unified Personal Communicator, and look at your calendar, you are not shown in the correct state, for example, "In a Meeting".

What Caused it?

Typically, this failure happens because the Cisco Unified Presence server time is different than the Exchange server time and Cisco Unified Presence is looking at a different time slot in your calendar.

What Can You Do?

1. Run the show status command to verify the current time on Cisco Unified Presence.

2. If necessary, set the Cisco Unified Presence server time to the same time as the Exchange server.
