Known Issue: Certificate - Hostname Does Not Match

In the Presence Engine logs, you see this message:

SESSION_HOTNAME_DOES_NOTMATCH_CERTIFICATE_HOSTNAME - rejected


What Caused it?

Typically, this failure happens if the name that you configured in the Presence Gateway field in Cisco Unified Presence Administration ("Session_Hostanms") does not match the name in the Exchange certificate ("Certificate_Hostname")


What Can You Do?

Go to Cisco Unified Presence Administration, and select Presence > Gateway. Enter the correct name (exactly matching the name in thte certificate) in the Presence Gateway field.
