Initialization: Logger Creation Fails

Problem Summary During the initialization process, logger creation fails.
Error Message


The Logger service account could not be created for instance <instance name>. Run the Service Account Manager, under Start > All Programs > Cisco Unified CCE Tools, to create (or re-create) the service account.

Possible Cause
  • The Logger was already created.
  • The Service Account Manager failed to create the service account.
Recommended Action
  1. Try to revert the system.
  2. If the revert process fails, log in to Web Setup and delete any logger that has been added. Then rerun the initialization process.
