Initialization: JTAPI Client Installation Fails

Problem Summary During the initialization process, the installation of the JTAPI client on Call Server Side A or Side B fails.
Error Message There was an error installing the JTAPI Client.
Possible Cause There is a network issue connecting to the Unified Communications Manager server.
Recommended Action

If the JTAPI client failed to install on Side A, log in to the CS-A CCE machine and try to ping the Unified Communications Manager host. If the ping fails, correct the network settings between CS-A and Unified Communications Manager.

If the JTAPI client failed to install on Side B, log in to the CS-B CCE machine and try to ping the Unified Communications Manager host. If the ping fails, correct the network settings between CS-B and Unified Communications Manager.
