Possible Cause
  • SocialMiner is not reachable.
  • An internal processing error might have occurred while processing the request.
Recommended Action
  • Navigate to Subsystems > Chat > SocialMiner Configuration
  • See the MADM logs in /opt/cisco/uccx/log/MADM/*.log for more information.
