If Switch Version Fails on Unified CCX, Reboot the Server

Problem Summary	Switch version (to higher or lower version) fails on a HA/SA Unified CCX setup.
Error Message	Sync after switch version failed
Possible Cause	The Unified CCX switch version can fail for many reasons, including network failure, DB service down, and so on when performing switch version on a node.
Recommended Action	Reboot the Unified CCX server because many services may not run after a switch version failure.
Release	All Unified CCX versions later than Release 8.0(1)
