| Look for the above Service Manager alarm
- Login into RTMT -> SysLog Viewer -> Select a Node -> Application Logs -> CiscoSyslog -> Filter -> App ID = Cisco Service Manager -> UC_SERVICEMANAGER-2-ServiceFailed

| Recommended Action
| Check if a core file exists
- Login into RTMT -> Trace & Log Central -> Remote Browse -> Crash Dumps -> Service Name -> Finish
- Browse the nodes and check for any core files. If there is a core file, download and debug it. Refer to How to analyze the core file .
