H.323 Service Must be Registered with Gatekeeper to Perform IP Transfers Error

Problem Summary Error message in the H.323 Service logs states “ERROR: H.323 Service must be registered with Gatekeeper to perform IP transfers” during a call.
Error Message H.323 Service must be registered with Gatekeeper to perform IP transfers.
Possible Cause The Unified CVP Call Server is not successfully registered with the H.323 Gatekeeper.
Recommended Action Set the Gatekeeper IP address from the VBAdmin using setGK <Gatekeeper IP address>. Restart the Unified CVP Call Server after changing the H.323 Gatekeeper.
