Possible Cause The following are the possible causes:
  • User synchronization would not have happened or failed.
  • There are no collection(s) associated to the Valuelist.
  • There are no values for the collections that are associated to the Valuelist.
Recommended Action

Check the following:

To verify whether collections are associated with value list or not:

1. Log in to the Unified Intelligence Center page.

2. Navigate to the Filter page and vaildate if collections are present.

To verify whether collections contains values or not: 

1. Log in to the Unified Intelligence Center page.
2. Navigate to the Value Lists.
3. Click the Value list asscociated to the filter field.
4. Click Collections > Show Values.
