| Possible Cause
|| SocialMiner is not able to inject emails into Unified CCX, or SocialMiner is not able to fetch the emails from the mail server
| Recommended Action
- Verify SocialMiner health status in Unified CCX and make sure everything is green/healthy. SocialMiner Health Check in CCX
- Verify "Cisco Unified CCX WebServices" is "IN SERVICE"
- Verify from SocialMiner Admin page that email is in unread/reserved state for Unified CCX Email campaign
- If email is not found in SocialMiner verify the mail is present in Exchange server email account folder.
