Emails not coming into CCX

Problem Summary Emails not injected into Unified CCX from SocialMiner
Error Message
Possible Cause SocialMiner is not able to inject emails into Unified CCX, or SocialMiner is not able to fetch the emails from the mail server
Recommended Action
  1. Verify SocialMiner health status in Unified CCX and make sure everything is green/healthy. SocialMiner Health Check in CCX
  2. Verify "Cisco Unified CCX WebServices" is "IN SERVICE"
  3. Verify from SocialMiner Admin page that email is in unread/reserved state for Unified CCX Email campaign
  4.  If email is not found in SocialMiner verify the mail is present in Exchange server email account folder.
