Domain Drop-Down List Does Not Populate on Sign In Screen

Problem Summary The Domain drop-down list does not populate on the Unified CCE Administration sign in screen, and the user cannot sign in.
Error Message Could not load the list of domains. Please ensure that active directory is working properly and try again.
Possible Cause
  • Another IIS application is running on the Data Server, using port 8080.
  • Login rules are set incorrectly in IIS.
  • Request filters are blocking requests for loading gadgets. These requests cannot reach Tomcat.
Recommended Action
  • Make port 8080 available for use by Tomcat.
  • Enable anonymous login for the IIS web site with Jakarta.
  • Make sure request filters on the IIS web site are not blocking requests to Tomcat.
