Desktop: Supervisor cannot barge in to silent monitor call 

Problem Summary A Unified CCX supervisor is silently monitoring an agent. The supervisor tries to barge in to the call but receives an error.
Error Message Error. Call could not be completed.
Possible Cause The agent who is being silently monitored is signed out of Finesse while the agent phone has an active call (either by the supervisor who is silently monitoring the call or another supervisor). The barge-in attempt fails because the agent is no longer signed in.
Recommended Action Have the agent sign back in to Finesse. After the agent signs back in, the supervisor can barge in to the call.
