Desktop: Supervisor cannot barge in on a silent monitor call after a Finesse failover or restart

Problem Summary A supervisor is silently monitoring an agent call. Finesse fails over or reconnects. After failover, the silent monitor call still appears on the supervisor desktop but the supervisor cannot barge in to the call.
Error Message Supervisor Barge In failed. Targeted call is not current active call for agent.
Possible Cause After failover or reconnect, Finesse does not receive the call ID for the silent monitor call.
Recommended Action After failover, the supervisor can end the silent monitor call and start a new silent monitor session on the same call. After starting a new silent monitor session, the supervisor can barge in to the call.
