Desktop: Personal callbacks lose time zone information 

Problem Summary

Callbacks that are scheduled while an agent is on a personal callback call may be scheduled for an incorrect time. The "Customer current time" displayed while scheduling callbacks may be incorrect. This behavior is not present during the original outbound call, only during the personal callback call. 

Error Message None
Possible Cause This issue occurs when the Outbound Dialer is on Daylight Saving Time (DST) and the customer is not (or the customer is on DST time and the Outbound Dialer is not).
