Desktop: Finesse sign-in page does not appear correctly in Internet Explorer

Problem Summary When using Internet Explorer to access the Finesse desktop, the sign-in page does not appear correctly. For example, the language selector appears when no language packs are installed. In Unified Contact Center Enterprise deployments, the Mobile Agent fields do not appear.

Possible Cause
  • The browser settings for Internet Explorer are incorrect.
  • The agent (or supervisor) did not accept the required security certificates.
