Desktop: Error when trying to add Finesse to compatibility settings in IE11

Problem Summary An agent uses Internet Explorer 11.0 to access the Finesse desktop. The agent signs in and then tries to add the Finesse IP address or domain name to the Compatibility View settings but receives a Page not found error. 
Error Message HTTP 404. Page not found.
Possible Cause Changing the compatibility view settings after signing in causes the browser to refresh and navigate to the j_security_check. Because the agent is already authenticated, this causes an error with Cisco Tomcat.
Recommended Action Finesse agents do not need to add Finesse to the Compatibility View settings as Finesse supports native Internet Explorer 11.0. If agents find themselves in this situation, they can navigate back to the Finesse sign-in page and sign in again.
