Desktop: Cannot accept security certificates

Problem Summary When signing in for the first time, the desktop displays a message that lists the security certificates that must be accepted. The agent or supervisor clicks OK to accept the certificates but the browser tab that opens cannot display the website.
Error Message Cannot display webpage.
Possible Cause There may be a network communication error between the desktop and the Finesse servers or the web proxy.
Recommended Action
  •  Check the browser proxy server settings.
  • If the browser is configured to use a proxy server, make sure that the proxy server can resolve the fully-qualified domain names (FQDN) of both Finesse servers.
  • If the browser is not configured to use a proxy server, make sure that the DNS server for the agent's computer can resolve the FQDNs of both Finesse servers.
