Desktop: Callback button and outbound call variables do not appear for an outbound call

Problem Summary The Callback button and outbound call variables do not appear on the Finesse desktop of an agent who is on an outbound call.
Error Message None
Possible Cause

This issue can occur under the following scenarios:

  • The Finesse server is restarted.
  • The Unified CCX engine fails over.
  • The agent signs out and then signs back in during the outbound call.
Recommended Action None. This is expected behavior.
