Desktop: Agent is not signed in automatically after failover

Problem Summary An agent (or supervisor) is signed in to the Finesse desktop. The desktop fails over to the alternate server. The agent is not automatically signed in and is redirected to the Finesse sign-in page.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause The agent (or supervisor) is signed in to the desktop on the active server and failover occurs. The desktop attempts to reconnect and sign the agent in to the new active server. If the sign-in attempt fails, the agent is redirected to the Finesse sign-in page. For example, the sign-in attempt fails because the agent's phone has not yet registered in Unified Communications Manager after the failover. The agent can choose to manually sign in.
Recommended Action Attempt to sign in manually.
