Desktop: Agent cannot sign in when the URL uses an IPv6 address

Problem Summary An agent or supervisor tries to sign in to the Finesse desktop with the correct ID and password but the desktop does not load. 
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause The agent is trying to access the Finesse desktop in a Unified CCX deployment with an IPv6 address URL.
Recommended Action Access the Finesse desktop using the fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) instead of the IPv6 address. Using an IPv6 address to access the desktop in a Unified CCX deployment is not supported.
