| Possible Cause
|| Restore failed because, Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service was failing to stop(since it was not activated).
| Recommended Action
|| Generate a new certificate and upload the certificate.
Login to OS Administration:-Go to Security -> Certificate Management.
Click on ipsec.pem
Generate a new one
Delete ipsec-trust (If it exists)
Upload the downloaded file against ipsec-trust
