Problem Summary Customer does not receive a callback.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause
  1. The entered number, date, or time when the callback was scheduled is wrong.
  2. Scheduler window was left open for more than 15 minutes before the callback was scheduled.
  3. Callback was scheduled for a time that was outside the configured campaign hours.
Recommended Action
  1. Ensure that the information entered for a callback is correct.
  2. Do not leave the scheduler window open for more than a couple minutes.
  3. Schedule callbacks within the configured campaign hours.
