Problem Summary In Courtesy Callback(CCB) scenario, If the caller disconnects before the system plays the default "Your callback request has been successfully registered, Good Bye" message, then a callback may not be made. however,this is intermittent issue.

Possible Cause In CCB, there is an known intermittent issue that the caller does not receive a call back, if the caller disconnects before the system plays the Good Bye message.
Recommended Action To get a call back from the system, the caller should wait till the system plays the final default "Your callback request has been successfully registered, Good Bye" message before disconnecting the call.
