Copyright Icon Displayed Incorrectly in the Unified CCX Help Pages

Recommended Action
  1. Right-click on any Unified CCX help page in Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox.
  2. In Encoding, Unicode (UTF-8) option is selected by default.
  3. Select Western European (Windows) or Western European (ISO) instead of Unicode (UTF-8). Now, the Copyright Icon will appear properly in the browser.
