Before You Begin
  • If you are already logged into Cisco Unified Presence Administration, you must log out of the application before you open the Disaster Recovery System.
  • Ensure that Cisco Unified Presence is running on all servers in the cluster.


Procedure
  1. Select Navigation > Disaster Recovery System from the menu in the upper, right corner of the Cisco Unified Presence main window.
  2. Enter the same Administrator username and password that you use for the Cisco Unified Operating System.


Troubleshooting Tips

You set the Administrator username and password during Cisco Unified Presence installation, and you can change the Administrator password or set up a new Administrator account using the Command Line Interface (CLI).
