Uninstalling Web Conferencing or SQL Server Software


To Uninstall Web Conferencing Software
  1. From the Windows Start menu, choose Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs .
  2. From the Add/Remove Programs window, click Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing .
  3. Click Change/Remove .
  4. When prompted to completely remove Web Conferencing and all its components, click Yes .
  5. From Windows Explorer, manually delete the storage locations for converted audio files (for example, drive:\wma_files).
