You can integrate Cisco Unity Connection with Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express so that users can review upcoming meetings and join active meetings while on the phone or while using the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA). This is done by creating a Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express API user that will enable read-only access by Cisco Unity Connection and by creating service accounts on Cisco Unity Connection.
