Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express, Release 2.x -- Configuring Operator Assistance

Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express can be configured to forward calls to the attendant or help desk in the following situations:

  • A caller dials 0 for operator assistance.
  • A caller does not enter a number at a voice prompt.


Note: The name Cisco Unified CallManager Release 4.3 has changed to Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 4.3. The name for other Cisco Unified CallManager 4.x releases has remained the same.

  1. Log in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express and click Administration.
  2. Click System Configuration > Usage Configuration.
  3. Configure the following fields:
