Number of unsuccessful login attempts by phone allowed to each user before system locks user's profile.

Deactivated profiles must be reactivated by the system administrator before users can regain access to their profile.

Maintenance Release 3 and later: Also determines the number of times users can attempt to join a password-protected meeting before being transferred to the attendant (if available), or disconnected (if not).
