Error Message: Error Message Error -2147221297 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] InvalidColumn Name 'Timestamp'"


If you see the preceding error message and cannot connect to the database on the SQL Server during the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing installation, your connection problem might be due to a case sensitive SQL Server. To resolve this issue, run the install on an SQL Server that is not case sensitive.


Database Command in Online Administrative Interface Does Not Work

Problem: The "Count all entries in tables" function on the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing online Administrative interface does not work properly.

Possible Cause: The database account does not have the db_owner role.

Solution: Add the db_owner role for the MPWEB database user.
