To uninstall the Microsoft Office Communicator for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace integration, including the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace LCS Gateway, use the Microsoft Windows Add/Remove Programs feature.


Before You Begin

Log in as an administrator to the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Server.


Procedure
  1. Stop the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace web conferencing services.
  2. Stop the Cisco Security Agent for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace service, if applicable.
  3. Choose Start > Control Panel.
  4. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  5. Highlight Cisco Unified MeetingPlace LCS Gateway.
  6. Click Remove.
  7. Check the uninstall log at c:\Windows\mplcsgw_uninstall.log to ensure that you completely removed the program.
