The following information applies to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Maintenance Release 1 and later:
After migrating to Microsoft Outlook 2007, you must reinstall the plug-in.
You cannot upgrade from a previous version of the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook plug-in to a newer version if you have recently migrated to Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista. The first time that you upgrade to a newer version of the plug-in after you have migrated to Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista, you must uninstall the previous version of the plug-in and install the new version.
The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook plug-in executable file comes in two forms: setup.exe and upgrade.exe. Normally, you use the upgrade.exe file to upgrade desktops to the latest version; however; if you have recently migrated to Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista, the upgrade.exe file does not work. Instead, you have to uninstall the previous version of the plug-in and then run the setup.exe file. Consequently, end users to have to log in once after the install.
