| Recommended Action | If this error message displays, then the JRE cannot be installed by Installshield. Install the JRE manually by running C:\icm\bin\aas\jre\j2re-1_4_2_03-windows-i586-p.exe, where “C:\icm” might be a different drive depending on where ICM was installed.
