Cisco Automated Administrator (AAS) for Symposium: AAS - Cannot make configuration changes when the preferred side of the Router is down

Configuration changes in Nortel Symposium/SCCS are not reflected in ICM after the CC fails over from the preferred side (A) to the other side (B). The subsequent changes on the Symposium are reflected in ICM only after the preferred router resumes functioning.

• Do not make the configuration in Nortel SCCS changes before the Router is active.
• Cycle the CMS Node service through the CMS Control Console window on the Administration & Data Server component, and the AAS processes. To do so, end the AAS processes and cycle the PG node. After the restart of the CMS Node service and AAS processes, the configuration changes that were lost when the preferred CC side was down, will be updated and ICM will be synchronized with the Nortel Symposium.
