AAS - Agents are not assigned to Skill groups

Problem Summary Agents are not assigned to skill groups even though skill groups and agents were created.
Error Message None
Possible Cause If you installed the SCCS version SU05 with Designer Patch NN_SCCS_5.0_DP_050301_S, it might prevent AAS from performing correctly.
Recommended Action Do not install Designer Patch NN_SCCS_5.0_DP_050301_S with SCCS SU05 when running AAS.
