Problem Summary The Chat Agent Statistics report opens but no data is displayed.

Possible Cause
  • The agents are not assigned to the Chat CSQ.
  • The agents have logged in to Finesse Desktop (for Supervisor).
  • The agents are not added to the team.
Recommended Action
  • Assign agents to the Chat CSQ.
  • Log in at least one agent to Finesse Desktop (in the case of Supervisor).
  • Add agents to the team.
  • If the problem persists, perform a Unified Intelligence Center sync using utils uccx synctocuic all CLI command.
