Possible Cause

Minimum Silence Period and Maximum Term Tone Analysis are not configured correctly in the SIP Gateway Configuration Web Page for Outbound.

Recommended Action

Increase the Maximum Term Tone Analysis time if the greeting time is more than 15 seconds. For Example : Configure Minimum Silence Period as 608 and Maximum Term Tone Analysis as 30000.
