Problem Summary Call is marked as busy if the customer disconnects the call without receiving the call.

Possible Cause

This behaviour is as expected. Unified CCX does not receive the busy signal from gateway for this scenario. The call is marked as no answer or customer abandoned (if the cusotmer disconnects the call within the configured Abandoned Call Wait Time).
