Call fails to connect - No media Broker

Problem Summary Cisco remote expert is installed & Configured. Consumer complains that they cannot make a call.
Error Message Call failed: Call setup detected with error: [ No Media Brokers available for incoming call]
Possible Cause Media Broker is running out of avaialble ports
Recommended Action
  • Log in to web admin and check that Media Broker IS running and is showing as green.
  • Connect to the App Server and search for exceptions in server log, following is an example:
