Prompts Not Played if SetTransferLabel is Configured

Problem Summary	Prompts are not played for IP-originated calls if the Transfer Label is set. Unified CVP 7.02 Unified CM 6.1.3 or later Solution configured for LBCAC
Error Message	None.
Possible Cause	Misconfiguration.
Recommended Action	Use the SetExcludeIP command to exclude all the Unified Communication Managers which may originate calls. The SetExcludeIP lets you specify acomma-delimited list of IP addresses that will ignore theSetTransferLabel directive.
