Unable to access other nodes using the Cisco Unified Serviceability Tools
|Problem Summary|| In case of MediaSense cluster with two or more nodes, using the Cisco Unified Serviceability tools, the user is unable to access any server other than the primary server to which the user is logged in.
Procedure: On the Cisco Unified Serviceability application, select Tools > Service Activation or Control Center - Feature Services, or Control Center - Network Services. From the Server drop-down list, choose another node in the cluster. On selecting another node, the application displays an error message.

|Recommended Action|| Restart Tomcat Services to allow access to other nodes via primary server.
Directly access the other nodes from the Cisco Unified Serviceability windows.
