| Possible Cause
| Media files can only be uploaded one at a time. When two users attempt to upload files simultaneously (each one not knowing that the other is uploading a file), one of the users receives an error.

| Recommended Action
| Refresh the Media File Management page and wait for the other upload to complete, then restart your upload.
