Addition, modification, or deletion of an agent or a supervisor in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager is not updated in the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center

Problem Summary Addition, modification, or deletion of an agent or a supervisor in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager is not updated in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center.
Error Message The below error message is displayed in Cisco syslogs in the Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT).
UCCX_TO_CUIC_SYNC_FAILED 
Possible Cause The REST API call to add, modify, or delete a user from Cisco Unified Intelligence Center might have failed.
Recommended Action

1. Log in to Cisco Unified CCX.

- Choose Subsystems > RmCm > Resources and verify whether the agent or supervisor exists.

- If the user has only reporting capability, choose Tools > User Management > Reporting Capability View and ensure that the user exists.

2. Log in as Administrator to Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and verify that the user exists in the user list.

3. Enter the following CLI commands to synchronize the user:

utils uccx synctocuic user username username

utils uccx synctocuic permission all

4. If the issue persists, collect the following logs for further investigation:

a. MCLI logs (/opt/cisco/uccx/log/MCLI) from Unified CCX

b. Cisco Unified Intelligence Center logs
