Check the following:

• You may have dialed the wrong number. Be sure you dialed the number you configured for the exercise.
• Using sh run examine the voice gateway's running configuration file. Be sure there is a dial-peer defined for the number you called.
• For VoIP calls, be sure you have created the proper route pattern in Communications Manager for the dial number you used. Refer to Define the Route Patterns.
