You expect NOT to be able to add/edit/remove an Instance or Component in WebSetup because the user's permissions have been revoked

Problem Summary You expect an error trying to add/edit/remove an Instance/Component using WebSetup because the user's permissions on the Instance have been revoked.
Error Message N/A
Possible Cause The Active Directory permissions information is cached in Web Setup at login. Until the user logs out, is forceably logged out, or the user's session times out, the user will be able to operate on objects even when their permissions were revoked.
Recommended Action Have the user log out of Web Setup, or force their logout (log someone else in).
